Iron Men are those who break the chains of psychological and spiritual slavery by embracing
their God given potential & abilities as well as their spirituality.
It is the mission objective of The IRON MEN MINISTRY to build men with a spiritual purpose
for living holistic lives. It is our mission objective to supply men regardless of their race,
culture, experiences and backgrounds with the needed knowledge, support, understanding
and guidance in how to be the man God has created us to be with ourselves, our family, our
church, our community and the world around us. It is our mission objective to build men to
make a positive impact and difference.
It is the Vision of the IRON MEN MINISTRY to:
-Embrace the overall vision of the UMOJA CHRISTIAN CHURCH through male participation.
-To compose and operate a continual ministry made up of 200+ adult men. This number
does not include males from the ages of five (5) through high school.
-To compose and nurture a male mentoring network of men who are spiritually
strong, focused and with purpose for the building and sharpening of other males.
-To compose and participate in an annual Christian men's conference.
-To impact various communities through practical projects.
-To make a positive impact on other men, families, church, communities, the city and
the world by becoming positive role models.
-To participate regularly in a male dialogue that addresses the various relevant issues that
men face.
