The Evangelism ministry mission is to touch the hearts and lives of those in Indianapolis,
across state lines and around the world. Our most important mission is to invite unbelievers
into the fold of Christ for the first time by offering salvation according to Romans 10:9. Our
mission is to influence those who have fallen away from Christ to rededicate their life to Christ
and to reconnect to a local assembly.

Program/Activity - Evangelism Workshop
Target Audience - Youth
Number of Individuals Impacted - 60-80
Summary/Description of Program - The workshop focused on teaching the youth how to
invite other youth to Christ.
Program/Activity - Ministry Participation in neighborhood outreach
Target Audience - Ministry Leaders @ UMOJA
Number of Individuals Impacted - 15-20 Ministry Leaders
Summary/Description of Program - Each Ministry Leader was given material about UMOJA
and assigned a different area within 5 miles to distribute the material.
Program/Activity - Balloon release @ UMOJA annual cook out
Target Audience - Community
Number of Individuals Impacted - Community
Summary/Description of Program - Balloons were released into the air. Each balloon had a
business card with UMOJA information and an inspiration message on them.
Program/Activity - Prayer Service
Target Audience - Community Families/victims of violence
Number of Individuals Impacted - 200-300
Summary/Description of Program - The prayer service was held @ UMOJA in hopes of
reminding the community that UMOJA is here and mindful of the hurt that this city and citizens
had experienced.
